1. Why should I go with Hits On Sale? What makes you better than your competitors?
Hits On Sale works hard at delivering great quality traffic to ensure that you are not just getting any traffic but real traffic where people actually look at your website. We've been in business since 2006 and pride ourselves with over 80% of repeat customers.
Most competitors resell cheap traffic that are automated or use people who are paid to click on ads. With other competitors, you will see your visits go up with any possibility of sales. With Hits On Sale, your visitors will be real geniune people who are interested in your site which can lead to sales.
Before buying any traffic, ask the few questions. Is the 'IP Unique' and how old is the traffic?

4. How come your traffic seems to cost just slightly more than some of your competitors?
You pay for what you get! Even though high volumes of traffic for something like $5.99 or less sound great, they end up leaving you with a bitter taste in your mouth when everything is done. Hits On Sale makes sure that we don't do that to you. We know that our prices may not be the cheapest on the web but we also know you will be happy after you start receiving visitors. Great traffic always has a price but it never has to be expensive.

6. I ordered my campaign 48 hours ago and I haven't received any login information. What happened?
Our system automatically sends login information after you have made your purchase. If you have not received them yet, then most likely your mail went to SPAM box.
Also, you can always contact support@hitsonsale.com and we can resend you your login information.

7. My campaign stopped. Why? How do I get it restarted?
If at any time your campaign has been stopped by our administrators, it is most likely that your site does not comply with our terms and conditions. Most likely you will need to remove a pop-up window, sound or even a javascript. If this still becomes a problem, then we can always divert your traffic to a new URL.

8. My counter shows a lot less traffic than what my stats show What's going on?
Third party softwares, and websites (i.e. Google Analytics) may not be able to capture all of the visitors that have viewed and seen your site. However, if you check your raw server logs then you will be able to view all the visitors that have actually visited your site. In any dispute concerning the number of visitors sent to a website, it is our policy to compare the raw logs generated by the hosting company of the destination URL to our own stats. We've seen time and again that hit counters have some unfortunate characteristics that we can't control.
Known issues with hit counters:
- The counter didn't track all the hits. Counters can be inactive for long periods of time and will miss visitors.
- The destination URL may be down and the servers do not count it as a visit.
